Minimum outflows - IST
The Institute is responsible for determining and monitoring minimum residual flows to ensure the protection of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems and the enforcement of the Water Protection Act. It monitors, on behalf of the cantonal administration, all residual flow release points on cantonal territory (38 points).
